I dont mind Dick Lee's music, just that they sounded too Siti Nurhaliza-ish to me. It's a musical anyway, u can't expect all the great man's songs to be performed. I was more interested in the props actually. Really brought me back to our childhood days before Lido was transformed to its current state. I think the last show I watched there was Batman, the one with Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson as Joker... Heh…

Julie and me truly enjoyed the show and for me, all I can say is that I wasn't watching a impersonator of P.Ramlee but Musly Ramlee was P.Ramlee. He truly deserved the standing ovation and may God bless him. Simply loved the classic P.Ramlee songs but found the music from Dick Lee a little unsuitable for the era... *smile* Fantastic show.
