Hi Ijah,
At the time of typing this, I do not have the CD with me right now but from my recollection, yes the CD has a green cover. I am not sure if the exact one is available at Toko Warisan, but I presume they should have. Anyway it was my bro-in-law who bought the CD and he bought it in Johor.
