Meet & Greet Serina Redzuawan…

I’ve long admired Serina Redzuawan and had hoped to take a photograph with her some day. I had the opportunity back in 2007 when I attended Malaysian actress Nadia Mustafar‘s (who happens to be wifey’s cousin) wedding, but she left early so there went my chance. I know she has been frequenting here for shows and stuff, but I’ve never had the time to watch nor had the opportunity to bump into her.

Well, opportunity beckoned earlier today and I made my way down to the Singapore Expo Hall 5B with my daughter Syahindah Adawiyah. Serina is in town for a hosting gig at the Halal Food, Lifestyle, Wedding & Indo Exhibition 2011 organised by Mega Xpress Communications. Other than today, her next gig will be tomorrow (19 March 2011) at the same venue.

For someone who is famous and has an even more famous father, she is very affable, approachable and friendly, simply put, she has no airs about her. It was an honour to finally meet and greet her. I simply can’t thank her enough for the kind greetings she did for me. Here’s wishing Serina all the best in her career and may she achieve more success in it…
