Some of you might have been wondering why I did not include more photographs in the last entry. It was deliberate as I try to spread my entries evenly. I do not attend a lot of shows so to keep you returning back for more entries, I will just split up my entries from now on. Below are some of the nicer photographs I managed to snap during the Muzik Festival Melayu (Muzik FM) Concert held at Marina Barrage on 18 February 2012. Hope that you will have a good weekend ahead of you… Enjoy!!!
Wiz Glare
The duo who make up the group are Sheila and Bunny…
Shafiq Iskandar, lead singer of The Sallys…
The Sallys performed Gadis Marmalade, Fiona and Kopi Dangdut that night…
Syazwanah
Adry, lead singer of local band Arus…
Their set would not be complete if the group did not sing their hit single “Cinta Yang Lain”…
Introducing Nazihah…
Virus Cinta
Shahridzuan Selamat opening his set with “Hingga Lain Waktu”…
And ended with “Be My Girl Tonight”…
Azzy, lead singer of Kanker…
The guy’s been working out judging by his buff look…
Nana never fails to impress whenever she performs…
She performed “Aku Milikmu”, her English single “Crave” and her hit “Lafaz”…
Chal, lead singer of Rocket, another local band…
Amanda Imani sang “Selamilah Cinta” and her current hit “Cemburu” that night…
Hafiz Wahab, lead singer of Merah…
Zimi, Sofazr’s second vocalist…
Crazy and dangerous, but we like!!!
Andi, lead singer of Kichi Band…
His voice reminds me of Charly of ST-12…
Dayang Nurfaizah, still the R&B princess around these parts…
Totally loved her rendition of “Seandainya Masih Ada Cinta”…
Zydee and Mimi of One Nation Emcees…
The group introduced their new single “Psiko” that night…
Cella, guitarist of Kotak…
Chua, the group’s bassist…
And Tantri, its lead vocalist… Love her mic stand…
Well-known on RIA 89.7FM as a controversial and sensational critic able to invoke thought-provoking and sometimes, fiery responses from fellow listeners. Have since evolved into a distinguished blogger of reputable claim with takes on the Malay entertainment industry and football-related matters. Brutally honest and believes in only reporting the truth as I see, hear or experience it. Self-styled critic who does not mince his words and is definitely a non-conformist.
