Graduates’ Tea 2012 Promo…

MENDAKI Club’s Graduates’ Tea this year takes new graduates on a “voyage of self-discovery” at the Sheraton Towers Hotel on Saturday, 23 June 2012.

Themed “Dream. Discover. Define. Develop.” the Graduates’ Tea will feature a line-up of “stars” in diverse fields of work who will share valuable insights and guidance to fresh university and polytechnic graduates, to prepare them for working life.

Dr Yaacob Ibrahim, Minister for the Environment and Water Resources and Minister-In-Charge of Muslim Affairs, will grace the event as Guest-of-Honour.

Young professionals have been invited to engage with the new graduates and share their learning journeys in the post-graduate world. The speakers will be sharing valuable insights and guidance to fresh university and polytechnic graduates, to prepare them for working life.

Wedding of Nity Baizura & Mohd Hafiz…

I know I have been away far too long. Followers of my Twitter account as well as my Facebook contacts would have noted that a month ago, I made the announcement that I am on temporary “retirement”. Work and family commitments have taken up a lot of my time, that blogging is the last thing on my mind. I still owe readers of this blog, coverage of Hafeez Glamour‘s “Demi Adriana” novel launch, but I am not sure if putting it up soon will still be relevant or not, as the event was almost three months ago. Looking at my blog statistics, I am just surprised that people still come in here even though there is no content since 31st March 2012. I need some time to get back into the groove of blogging, so I begin my new entry with a simple post, laced with many photographs which I know you have been searching for, judging by the search terms (“Nity Baizura wedding” / “Nity Baizura wedding photos” etc)  you keyed in to reach to this blog.

This past weekend, RIA 897FM‘s Nity Baizura was betrothed to Mohd Hafiz in a ceremony which was joyous and full of splendour. The event was held at the bride’s home in Bukit Batok and coincidentally, the groom’s side is also in the same vicinity. It was a simple yet grand wedding, something which signifies the characteristics of the bride herself, who looked absolutely radiant and her groom looking suave. There were smiles all round from the guests that came and of course, what is a celebrity wedding without celebrity guests??? Well I will not say more and instead let you feast your eyes on the colours and the happenings during Nity Baizura and Mohd Hafiz‘s wedding.

To Nity and Hafiz, may Allah bless this union till eternity and may HE grant you beautiful and intelligent children to add more happiness into your lives…
